PRODUCTS
Products
The images of products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display colours accurately, the colour of the product may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
The packaging of the product you receive may differ from what is shown on our website.
Size
Please use the size chart on the product page to ensure you order the correct size.
Custom Text
You are responsible for any custom text you add to the item you order. Please check it carefully before placing your order.
Please read the relevant paragraphs in the Your Rights to Cancel section before purchasing so you understand what you are or are not entitled to regarding the return of a customised item.
ORDERS
Placing Your Order
After you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation email. This email forms our acceptance of your order and contains details of the products ordered, the total cost (including delivery), and an order number.
Ownership of a product transfers to you once we have received full payment, including all applicable delivery charges and taxes.
Order Availability
All products are subject to availability. If a product you ordered is no longer available, we will notify you by email and your order will be cancelled.
SHIPPING
Shipping Costs and Surcharges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and the selected delivery service. By placing your order, you accept these charges.
Estimated Delivery Times
When placing an order, we will provide an estimated delivery date.
Delivery
Once dispatched, we are not responsible for delivery delays.
If you are unavailable to receive your order, you must arrange redelivery or collection with the delivery service. This is your responsibility.
A product becomes your responsibility from the moment it is delivered to the address you provided.
MAKING CHANGES
Our Right to Make Changes
We may need to make minor product changes to reflect updates in laws or regulations, or supplier-related adjustments to materials, processes, or technical specifications. These changes will not materially affect your use of the product.
If significant product changes are required, we will contact you and you will have the option to cancel your order and receive a refund for paid but undelivered products.
We will only deliver products after receiving payment.
If You Do Not Provide Required Information
We reserve the right to temporarily suspend order processing and payment if critical information is incomplete or incorrect, such as a shipping address. We will notify you promptly, specifying what information is missing or incorrect.
Failure to provide the required information within the stated timeframe may result in order cancellation and refund. We are not liable for consequences or delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
RETURNS
Returning Defective or Incorrect Products
We do not accept general returns.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact our support team immediately. Clear photos of the defect or incorrect item are required.
Our support team will review the information and, according to your preference, arrange a replacement or issue a refund. In such cases, you may keep the original item. Please follow support instructions to ensure a timely resolution.
YOUR RIGHTS TO CANCEL
Returning Products Because You Changed Your Mind
As our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy complies with UK law, specifically Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will resolve the issue.
Your Right to Cancel an Order
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, contact our customer service team within this period and select the subject “Cancel Order”.
After 24 hours, cancellations or changes cannot be accommodated due to the custom production process, which usually begins shortly after ordering.
How We Will Refund You
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used. We may make deductions where applicable.
When Your Refund Will Be Processed
Once our support team confirms a refund is justified, processing begins:

If You Breach the Agreement
If we are unable to produce the ordered item(s) for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order. You will be notified and receive a full refund.
Withdrawal of Products
We may inform you in writing if we stop supplying a product. We will give as much notice as reasonably possible and refund any advance payments for undelivered items.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
Where to Find the Price
The product price (including VAT where applicable) is shown on the order page at the time you place your order. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct. See below regarding pricing errors.
When and How to Pay
You must pay before we dispatch products. Your payment card is charged at the time of order.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are not included in the product price and are shown at checkout.
We are not liable for loss of profit, business loss, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
