Returning Products That Are Defective or Not as Described
We do not accept general returns, as all items are produced only after an order has been placed.
If a buyer receives a defective or incorrect item, the buyer must contact our support team immediately.
To help speed up the resolution process, the buyer must provide clear photos of the defective or incorrect item.
Our support team will review the information provided and, according to your preference, arrange a replacement for the item in question. In such cases, the original item received may be kept by the customer.
