Shipping Policy

We ship our products within 2–3 business days on average. After dispatch, you will usually receive your order within 2–5 business days.
99% of all purchases are delivered on time.

Exceptions may apply to personalised products (such as handmade items or products printed with a customer’s or recipient’s name). For these items, delivery may take one additional business day.

Returns

We do not accept general returns.
If a buyer receives a defective or incorrect item, they must notify our support team immediately. To help resolve the issue, the buyer must provide clear photos of the defective or incorrect item.
Our support team will review the information and, at your discretion, arrange a replacement. In such cases, the original item may be kept by the customer.
Please follow the instructions from our support team to ensure a quick and efficient resolution.


Delayed or Lost Packages

If a package is not delivered, an investigation will be started, which may take up to two weeks.
Based on the investigation results, it will be decided whether responsibility lies with the delivery service or the online store:

  • If the delivery service is responsible, you may submit a claim with them.

  • If the online store is responsible, the store will provide a suitable solution.

If you paid by credit card or PayPal, you may also be entitled to purchase protection through those payment providers.
