What is the delivery time for my order?

Delivery time depends on the type of product ordered.

  • Printed products: Shipping usually takes 2–3 working days after your order is received.
  • Once your order is placed, your item is produced and shipped exclusively for you. The total delivery time is approximately up to 5 working days.
  • Embroidery and handmade All-Over-Print (AOP) items (such as leggings, socks, sweatpants, etc.) may take around 5 additional working days compared to standard delivery.

What should I do if my product is defective or has a printing error?

If you receive a defective item or there is a printing mistake, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will arrange a free replacement for you.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

You can track your parcel by:

  • Using the tracking link provided in the email, or
  • Visiting the “Track Your Order” page on our website and entering your tracking number to view the latest status.

Where are the products made?

All LONDN PRINT products are produced and printed locally in the United Kingdom.

Are the colours on the website exactly the same as the real product?

We aim to display colours as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to different screen settings and monitor calibrations.
